Most of our Crossfit workouts have to do with weight lifting. This means an extra effort for our wrists and, especially during long workout sessions, that extra load can reduce our capacity to increase the length of our workout for a longer time.
Lifting straps will help us train for longer and decrease the fatigue. The Loop model has a left and right hand-do not forget it is important to use them correctly.
We only have to find the right straps that are most suitable for our needs. The neoprene padding makes it extra comfortable for the majority of athletes.
Remember to check your straps quite often. If they are worn out it is time to replace them with new ones.
